Common Destiny is a six-bedroom residential care home for seniors in Fremont. We offer a warm, family-style atmosphere in a quiet neighborhood near Northgate Park.

Since 2010, we’ve been caring for seniors and supporting their families, providing a safe and comfortable place to call home. Our caregivers provide 24-hour support and work closely with families to meet each resident’s needs. We help with daily tasks, medication, and provide care with patience and kindness. We serve both ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents, and also offer hospice care.

Our administrators have over 15 years of experience in geriatric care and speak both English and Chinese to better serve the community. As a small facility, we gladly customize care to fit your needs. We are proud to have provided compassionate care and peace of mind for seniors and their families since 2010.
